Споделяме за пореден успешен проект! В периода от 6-ти до 16-ти юни бяхме част от проекта „You(th) on the labour market“ по програма Еразъм+ в Предел, Румъния.

55 млади хора от 9 държави - България 🇧🇬, Румъния 🇷🇴, Гърция 🇬🇷, Италия 🇮🇹, Испания 🇪🇸, Полша 🇵🇱, Португалия 🇵🇹, Чехия 🇨🇿 и Турция 🇹🇷 се събраха за едно незабравимо преживяване.

Проектът беше фокусиран върху младежката заетост и имаше за цел да се справи с предизвикателствата и да предостави нови възможностите. Участниците реализираха много различни дейности, които им помогнаха да развият компетенциите, необходими за успех на пазара на труда, включително технически умения, меки умения, дигитални умения и други.

Благодарение на този младежки обмен те научиха как да подобрят своята конкурентоспособност на пазара на труда, чрез писане на автобиографии, придобиване на умения за добро представяне по време на интервюта за работа и др. Участниците се превъплътиха в ролите на служители и работодатели и предизвикаха себе си.

Българският екип сподели, че овластяването на младите хора насърчава тяхното участие във всякакви инициативи и изгражда поколение иновативни и социално отговорни бъдещи лидери.

Romanian Dissemination (Social Media)

"What better way to develop yourself than informal education? Sure, practical experience has always been important, but soft skills such as empathy and communication are better learned through unconventional ways, which I greatly love!

From June 6th to 16th, I participated in an 👉 Erasmus+ Youth Exchange program called InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market. As someone who has experienced various employment stages - job hunting, internships, full-time positions, and even unemployment - the challenges young people face in the workforce deeply resonate with me. This exchange, with participants from nine countries including Poland, Spain, Italy, and Greece, provided a fantastic opportunity to learn firsthand about labour markets across different cultures.

💡 My conclusion after this project is simple: companies can benefit greatly by creating a deeper understanding of the needs and aspirations of young people. Fresh graduates often bring a unique blend of initiative, passion, and knowledge that can significantly contribute to innovation and growth within a company. While experience is valuable, it shouldn't overshadow the potential that young people bring to the table.

"From June 6th-16th I participated in the youth exchange InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market in Predeal, Romania. Within the project we had a lot of activities related to young people on the labor market, both theoretical and practical, which included CV and cover letter writing, interviews for the jobs we dreamed of.

We worked in teams, with young people from nine countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania, which hosted the project. We had cultural evenings, where we learned a lot of interesting work about each country, we also tasted traditional products that took a duse of participants.

As we continue our journey, we remain dedicated to providing life-changing experiences that inspire and empower young individuals to reach their full potential.

Hawk Stars

De 6 a 16 de junho, seis jovens portugueses representaram a ONG Hawk Stars no projeto Erasmus+ “InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market” em Predeal, Roménia. 📚

💡 O projeto teve como objetivo capacitar os jovens para o mercado de trabalho europeu, desenvolvendo competências essenciais através da educação não formal. Durante o evento, os participantes adquiriram habilidades como trabalho em equipa, resolução de problemas e liderança. Também foram abordadas práticas de empreendedorismo e economia social, com suporte técnico para transformar ideias em negócios sociais que gerem impacto positivo na comunidade.

Além disso, os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de apresentar as realidades e iniciativas locais dos seus países: Portugal, Espanha, Itália, Grécia, Bulgária, República Checa, Roménia, Polónia e Turquia. 🌍

Este ambiente multicultural enriqueceu as discussões, promovendo uma perspetiva global sobre a importância da inclusão e diversidade no mercado de trabalho.

🔍Os participantes apresentaram o estado atual do mercado laboral para a juventude nos respetivos países, dando a conhecer as discrepâncias entre as realidades de cada um destes e identificando pontos comuns.

📝Para complementar estas atividades, vários workshops foram realizados em grupos mistos para desenvolver habilidades práticas em empreendedorismo e busca de trabalho, incluindo uma feira de emprego com entrevistas.

🤝 As noites interculturais foram extremamente enriquecedoras e também bastante divertidas, promovendo o conhecimento intercultural, amizades e conectividade entre os participantes.

🌐 Além das questões relacionadas ao mercado de trabalho, o projeto proporcionou um enriquecedor intercâmbio cultural, linguístico e de competências digitais e sociais, baseado numa aprendizagem não formal. ✨

Agradecemos toda a hospitalidade, amabilidade e pela incrível oportunidade de participar num projeto desta dimensão. Estamos ansiosos por aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos.

“InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market” Projesi: Gençlerin İş Gücüne Katılımının Desteklenmesi

Merhaba sevgili okurlar!

Bugün sizlere, 6-16 Haziran 2024 tarihleri arasında Predeal, Romanya’da gerçekleşen “InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market” adlı gençlik değişim projesinden bahsedeceğiz.

Projenin Amacı

Bu gençlik değişim projesinin temel amacı, katılımcı ülkelerden gençlerin istihdam edilmesine yönelik ve iş gücüne katılımlarına yönelik yetenekleri, becerileri ve bilgi düzeyini artırmaktır. Proje boyunca gençler, grup liderlerinin rehberliğinde 9 gün boyunca çeşitli etkinliklerle bu hedeflere ulaşmaya çalıştılar.

İçerik ve Etkinlikler

Proje kapsamında belirli hedeflere yönelik etkinlikler düzenlendi. Gençlerin girişimcilik ve inisiyatif ruhunu teşvik etmek amacıyla atölye çalışmaları, seminerler ve işbirliği projeleri gerçekleştirildi. Ayrıca katılımcıların istihdama katılımlarının desteklenmesi için gerekli beceri ve bilgileri kazanmalarına yönelik çalışmalar yapıldı.

Proje Ortaklığı

Bu proje Romanya'dan Initiative Sociale (AIS) kurumunun evsahipliğinde; Bulgaristan, Çekya, Yunanistan, İtalya, Polonya, Portekiz, İspanya ve Türkiye'den olmak üzere 9 kurumun ortaklığında gerçekleştirildi. 9 farklı ülkeden, 45 genç ve 9 ekip lideriyle birlikte 54 katılımcı yer aldı.

Czech Republic Dissemination SM

Mezi 6. a 16. červnem se se pět z nás zúčastnilo výměny mládeže v Rumunsku na téma uplatnění mládeže na trhu práce společně s dalšími účastníky z Rumunska, Bulharska, Řecka, Španělska, Portugalska, Polska, Španělska a Turecka. Všichni čeští účastníci se shodli, že účastí na tomto projektu jsme získali užitečné informace a zkušenosti o uplatnění na trhu práce, například jak napsat kvalitní životopis nebo jak se připravit na pohovor na pracovní pozici.

V polovině projektu jsme absolvovali studijní návštěvu na Drákulův hrad a do centra Brasova a měli tak příležitost se dozvědět více o kultuře a historii Transylvánie. Kromě této návštěvy nám byla poskytována tradiční Rumunska kuchyně a my tak měli příležitost okoštovat chutě Rumunska. O tradicích a kulturách dalším účastnících se zemí jsme se dozvěděli v rámci tří mezikulturních večerů, v rámci kterých jsme získali nové informace o daných zemích, tančili tradiční tance a ochutnali národní jídla a pití.

Myslím, si že mluvím za celý český tým, když říkám, že 11 dnů v Predealu bylo nezapomenutelných.

Romanian Dissemination

As part of our commitment to spreading the impact of #InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market, we successfully organized three dissemination activities. One of these took place online, while the other two were conducted during different Erasmus+ projects. These activities were led by our enthusiastic participants, with guidance and support from Inițiative Sociale.

During the dissemination, we introduced Erasmus+ and shared the purpose of our youth exchange, highlighting the results we achieved together. Our participants also spoke about their experiences, reflecting on the happy and memorable moments we created as a team. These activities allowed us to not only showcase the project outcomes but also inspire others to engage in such meaningful initiatives.

We are grateful for their efforts in ensuring the broader community learns about the opportunities Erasmus+ offers and the life-changing experiences it fosters.

Spain Dissemination

During the call we made a presentation of the Erasmus+ program, what it consists of and the possibilities it offers. We did it in a fun way and with some jokes that amused the attendees.

Secondly, in relation to the previous point, we talked about our experience in Romania and present the "Innoventure: You(th) on the Labour Market" project, what it consisted of and we explain what we learned in the project.

Next we introduced the employment situation for young people in Spain to expose the bad situation and the problems that young people face, as well as have an introduction to the topic of the project.

We explain some elements used during training in the project, such as the SWOT analysis and its importance, explaining how it is carried out, the elements that make it up and some examples. We did it, as was done in the project, to show a tool that we can use in our favor to enhance our positive elements, improve the negative ones, and how we can use it to grow professionally, which helped us introduce the following topic: the CV.

Since all participants knew what a CV was, we moved on to the interesting part, how to make an attractive CV using the Europass tool and its usefulness.

We create a fictitious user to show how the application works and how to make a profile with the elements that can be added.

Among the elements that can be added we show, among others, the languages and how attractive they can be thanks to the Europass application.

After having created the profile, we show how to apply what was added to the new CV, that is, what steps to follow within the tool to obtain the result.

Once this is done, we show the final result: the new European CV.

Finally, we explain how to use the Europass profile and its benefits. We also have different examples and possibilities for which the CV in Europass is useful and/or necessary, such as to apply for certain scholarships or positions to work in European organizations. 

This event was possible with the help of our sending NGO.

During the workshop we were 22 people (8 in the screen and 14 more).

"First of all I want to thank @initiative.sociale , and give them a huge round of applause! You made everything possible to make this Erasmus+ project experience as insane as possible!

In this project, I had the opportunity to know amazing human beings, interact with them, and do outstanding activities with all of them.

During these days, we confronted our fears, we danced a lot, we shared our ideas, and we forced ourselves to know new cultures, to approach different ideas e.g. discovering how popular is wearing socks and slippers.

Poland Dissemination (event)

On July 1, we gathered with the entire Polish team to reflect on our experiences from the Erasmus+ project in Predeal and to introduce newcomers to the opportunities within Erasmus+. We organized a meeting where we also invited five friends who were interested in learning more about our project and Erasmus+ in general. During the session, we shared a detailed overview of the project's activities, its impact on us, and the valuable lessons we gained. We highlighted how participation in such projects helps develop personal and professional skills, broadens cultural understanding, and fosters international networking.

To engage our guests further, we delved into the practical steps they could take to get involved in future Erasmus+ projects, such as how to find open calls, apply for funding, and navigate the Erasmus+ platforms. We also discussed the significance of creating a strong CV tailored for international opportunities, offering tips on how to highlight skills gained through non-formal education, volunteering, and cross-cultural exchanges. Additionally, we provided insights into the European job market, discussing the variety of job opportunities across different countries and how participation in Erasmus+ projects can enhance employability and career development.

This meeting was made possible with the support of our sending organization, DGT Polska, which helped organize the event and provided valuable resources. Their involvement ensured the smooth planning and delivery of the session, enabling us to share our Erasmus+ journey and inspire others. The meeting ended with a Q&A session where attendees could ask questions and share their thoughts, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment. By the end of the session, our friends left with a better understanding of Erasmus+ and its life-changing potential, feeling inspired to pursue similar opportunities.

Hellenic Youth Participation

Τον Ιούνιο, πραγματοποιήθηκε η ανταλλαγή νέων «Youu(th) in the Labour Market» στο χωριό Predeal, στη Ρουμανία, από τον οργανισμό @Initiative Sociale με στόχο την ενίσχυση των δεξιοτήτων των νέων για την παρουσία τους στην αγορά εργασίας.

Οι στόχοι του προγράμματος είναι τα άτομα να:

👉 ευαισθητοποίηση των συμμετεχόντων σχετικά με τη σημασία της αγοράς εργασίας των νέων

👉 υποστήριξη των νέων να αποκτήσουν και να αναπτύξουν ικανότητες, δεξιότητες και γνώσεις που στοχεύουν στην προσωπική και επαγγελματική τους εξέλιξη

👉 να ενθαρρύνουν και να αναπτύξουν την αλληλεγγύη και την ανεκτικότητα μεταξύ των νέων συμμετεχόντων προκειμένου να διευκολυνθεί η κοινωνική συνοχή.

Italy Dissemination (Event)

On the 27 of JUNE 2024, a presentation was held on Zoon Meeting in order to disseminate the INNOVENTURE: YOU(TH) ON THE LABOUR MARKET  project. Twenty one students, with ages between 19 and 30 attended this presentation. 

During this presentation, we talked about the basic employment practices in which we had been involved and about the different opportunities provided by Erasmus+. Then, we talked in detail about our experience in Romania, about the activities in which we participated, emphasizing the theme of the project and how we managed to learn a lot about youthwork in a relatively short period of time. The students were very interested in the project itself and in the field of labour market and we proceeded to hold a Q&A session for them. 

"We compiled various materials from our project in Romania, including group images, activity videos, NGO posters, and a PowerPoint presentation. We highlighted the purpose and significance of sharing these activities to engage the public.”

Each of the six of us shared our personal experiences from the project, highlighting the most impactful lessons and insights. We demonstrated how an Erasmus+ experience can influence and shape one's personal and professional growth. We concluded the presentation by answering questions and sharing links to websites where the audience could learn more about Erasmus+."

Portugal Dissemination (Event)

On the 30th of June, Andre held a Zoom presentation for a group of 8 friends from university, none of whom had any prior knowledge of the Erasmus+ program. The session aimed to introduce them to the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ and how they could get involved in future projects. To make the information more accessible and engaging, Andre used a short slideshow that covered several key points. The presentation began with a list of participating countries, offering a broad view of the international collaboration within Erasmus+. This was followed by an introduction to the staff team involved in organizing and facilitating the projects. To provide a clearer picture of what a typical Erasmus+ experience entails, Andre also shared the activity schedule, detailing the structure of the program day by day.

Additionally, Andre showcased the infopack, a key document that helps participants prepare for their Erasmus+ journey, offering essential information about logistics, expectations, and the program itself. To further illustrate the experience, posts from the influencer teams, who had been documenting each day of the project, were displayed. These posts helped to summarize the daily activities and give the group a glimpse into the lively and dynamic atmosphere of an Erasmus+ project.

For those who couldn’t attend the live presentation, Andre made sure that the information was shared with them as well, ensuring that everyone had access to the valuable insights provided. This dissemination activity was made possible with the support of the sending organization, which played a crucial role in helping Andrei reach and engage the audience effectively.

Türkiye Dissemination

We participated an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project  “ınnoVenture: You(th) On The Labor Market” in Predeal in between 6th of June and 16th of June hosted by Initiative SocIale Association. They brought together youth workers from Bulgaria, Türkiye, Spain, Poland, Italy, Greece, Czechia, Portugal and Romania.

Through non-formal education methods, we created teams to understand the subject and work on it.

Throughout the process we developed a sense of key competences of youth exchange. For example we organized a job fair (entrepreneurship), or we prepared presentations and short-films (digital). We had an awesome cultural awareness and expression process via cultural nights. Addition to learning new cultures we had a chance to discover the city of Brasov and Romanian culture for our study trip to learn and discover the job opportunities among the young people living in Brasov, Romania. In addition to what we gained a lot, we developed a sense of unity.

WE would like to express OUR respects for the opportunity that the EUROPEAN COMMISION has given us to internalize the European values   that it wants to disseminate and to be a part of this work.

Bulgarian Dissemination

"From the period of 6th of June until 16th of June I was part of the Erasmus+ project called “You(th) on the labour market” in Predeal, Romania. 

55 young people from 9 countries - Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Romania 🇷🇴, Greece 🇬🇷, Italy 🇮🇹, Spain 🇪🇸, Poland 🇵🇱, Portugal 🇵🇹, Czech Republic 🇨🇿, Turkiye 🇹🇷 gathered together for an unforgettable experience.

The project was focused on youth employment as it was aimed to address the challenges and enhance opportunities in that area. The participants implemented a lot of different activities that helped us to develop the competencies needed to succeed in the job market, including technical skills, soft skills, digital skills and others.

Thanks to this youth exchange we learned how to improve our employability such as resume writing, interview skills and other job search techniques. We gained some practical experience as we transitioned into the workforce acting like employees and employers. 

The Bulgarian team and me as a team leader agree that engaging in the project activities definitely educated us on the topic of youth employment. I think that empowering youth encourages their participation in any kind of initiatives and it builds a generation of innovative and socially responsible future leaders. 

Apart from that, Erasmus+ projects are not just about learning, they also emphasize creating an enjoyable and enriching experience for the participants. We had the opportunity to experience new cultures, traditions, cuisines, learn local dances, explore new cities and natural wonders as well as party, socialize, make friends and build lasting connections in a fun atmosphere.

"From 06.06 to 16.06 I had the joy of participating in the youth exchange InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market in Predeal, Romania together with 55 participants from 🇧🇬, 🇷🇴, 🇹🇷, 🇬🇷, 🇵🇹, 🇪🇸, 🇵🇱, 🇨🇿 , 🇮🇹 .

From this project, I gained practical and theoretical knowledge about good practices in the job application process, presenting myself in interviews and the labor market situation for young people in different parts of Europe 🇪🇺. Additionally, I got to participate in tasks that challenged my creativity and changed my perspective about my capabilities.

Besides the useful activities regarding youth employability, I was also fortunate enough to meet great people who I now call friends, learn about their culture, try their food, and even learn some traditional dances. 

These 10 days were filled with memories that will forever be dear to my heart and experiences that helped me grow as an individual.

I will be forever grateful for all the laughs, happy tears, and friendships this project brought me, it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience❗️

"On 06.06.2024 a project called "InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market" started with 56 participants in Predeal Romania 🇷🇴. I was super excited 😁 because i was going to leant more about the topic of the project , meet so many people and become friends with them  and participate in the interesting and fun activities. But it means so much more for me now ☺️! That time was the best 10 days of my entire life i wish to go back and relive them over an over again! On the first day we played games made for us to get to know others better and remember their names. Then we got devided into 5 groups of 10 and we had tasks to find places and take cool and creative pictures. That way we got closer, looked around the beautiful landskape of Predeal and talked with the natives. Everyday we had coffee breaks ☕️🍪🍦🧁 and energizer games. For breakfast we had the right to pick what to eat and for lunch and dinner we got the opportunity to try traditional romanian dishes 🥘🍛🍲! During the day we had so many interesting and cool games and activities prepared for us and during the night we partied hard 🥳. On the 5th day we went on a study visit to Draculas castle 🧛‍♂️🦇 it was majectic and then to Brasov where we spent most of the day doing our group tasks. It was the best day ever ! Every three days we had cultural night 3 countries for each night. Every country represented us their culture 🇷🇴🇧🇬🇮🇹🇵🇹🇵🇱🇪🇸🇹🇷🇬🇷🇨🇿 and then games, dances and of course traditional food and drink the best part ! One of the nights was the Oscars night 🏆 where certain people got oscars for their role in the short film 📽🎞🎬 we did which was realy cool and amaizing activitie by the way! The last day was the most emotional day 😭 there was the touch game, the revealing of our secret friends whose task was to give presents 🎁 to other people and the drawings of us we got drawn from the others then we wrote on the back of it wishes and sweet messages and we got out T-shirts 👕 signed from the others. On 16.06.2024 our dream ended with last hugs 🤗🫂 and sweet goodbyes." - Jaklin Koseva

"Me and my sister Jaklin Koseva  applied for an Erasmus+ project. And it was the best decision ever!!! 😊❤️

I met so many new people that  i became really good friends with, I learned alot of new and important things from them. And of course I got out of my comfort zone and learned new things about myself and about the people around me. I think this experience was the best thing that happened in my life till now and I will never forget it neither will I forget the amazing people that I was with on this Erasmus+ project. ☺️

The organization and the organizatiors were so kind , really fun and amazing people that showed us how to do a CV, motivation letter, we did alot of fun things too like: Traditional nights were every country 🇷🇴🇵🇹🇮🇹🇪🇦🇹🇷🇬🇷🇵🇱🇨🇿🇧🇬 showed their traditional foods , dances and told us more about their culture  and traditions. We had a study visit at Brasov and at the Dracula's castle 🧛🏰 which was really Interesting and fun!  Also we made  presentations about the young people in the labor market. It was lots of fun making it and hearing about the information from  each country. Also we had more games and interesting conversation that made made us become closer ☺️. We also did movies 🎬 about themes like " Better opportunities  and Imigration to the EU" , "Summer jobs" and many more. We had alot of fun making them and that made us work as a team and got us even more closer. "Today I am going to write about my experience in Romania. The project InnoVenture: You(th) on the Labour Market - Predeal, Romania: 06-16.06.2024 was a project I could easily say was my favourite!

The activities everyday were aimed at being informative, practical and useful in our lives. This 10 days I have gained not only new confidence for applying for jobs on the labour market, I have learned skills for achieving better results. 

Besides the main topic of the project, we were able to learn new and interesting facts about 🇧🇬🇹🇷🇬🇷🇵🇱🇨🇿🇷🇴🇵🇹🇪🇸🇮🇹 and try great food. 

Predeal was an amazing place where I was able to be surrounded by beautiful nature and get to know incredible group of people. In my opinion the best memories are made by the people in them and I can say that I had luck meeting so many wonderful people. The place, the topic of this project, the memories and the friends made along the way are going to stay with me forever!❤️
