On the 30th of June, Andre held a Zoom presentation for a group of 8 friends from university, none of whom had any prior knowledge of the Erasmus+ program. The session aimed to introduce them to the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ and how they could get involved in future projects. To make the information more accessible and engaging, Andre used a short slideshow that covered several key points. The presentation began with a list of participating countries, offering a broad view of the international collaboration within Erasmus+. This was followed by an introduction to the staff team involved in organizing and facilitating the projects. To provide a clearer picture of what a typical Erasmus+ experience entails, Andre also shared the activity schedule, detailing the structure of the program day by day.

Additionally, Andre showcased the infopack, a key document that helps participants prepare for their Erasmus+ journey, offering essential information about logistics, expectations, and the program itself. To further illustrate the experience, posts from the influencer teams, who had been documenting each day of the project, were displayed. These posts helped to summarize the daily activities and give the group a glimpse into the lively and dynamic atmosphere of an Erasmus+ project.

For those who couldn’t attend the live presentation, Andre made sure that the information was shared with them as well, ensuring that everyone had access to the valuable insights provided. This dissemination activity was made possible with the support of the sending organization, which played a crucial role in helping Andrei reach and engage the audience effectively.
