During the call we made a presentation of the Erasmus+ program, what it consists of and the possibilities it offers. We did it in a fun way and with some jokes that amused the attendees.
Secondly, in relation to the previous point, we talked about our experience in Romania and present the "Innoventure: You(th) on the Labour Market" project, what it consisted of and we explain what we learned in the project.
Next we introduced the employment situation for young people in Spain to expose the bad situation and the problems that young people face, as well as have an introduction to the topic of the project.
We explain some elements used during training in the project, such as the SWOT analysis and its importance, explaining how it is carried out, the elements that make it up and some examples. We did it, as was done in the project, to show a tool that we can use in our favor to enhance our positive elements, improve the negative ones, and how we can use it to grow professionally, which helped us introduce the following topic: the CV.
Since all participants knew what a CV was, we moved on to the interesting part, how to make an attractive CV using the Europass tool and its usefulness.
We create a fictitious user to show how the application works and how to make a profile with the elements that can be added.
Among the elements that can be added we show, among others, the languages and how attractive they can be thanks to the Europass application.
After having created the profile, we show how to apply what was added to the new CV, that is, what steps to follow within the tool to obtain the result.
Once this is done, we show the final result: the new European CV.
Finally, we explain how to use the Europass profile and its benefits. We also have different examples and possibilities for which the CV in Europass is useful and/or necessary, such as to apply for certain scholarships or positions to work in European organizations.
